We had windows installed from Best windows in 2018. Recently we had a issue with a few of the windows. I called John from Best Window and he had me send him some photos of the description stickers that are on the inside top of the frames which I never even knew were there. Before the end of the day he had replacement windows ordered. I appreciate the quick response from John and the immediate action ordering the replacement windows. Awesome warranty and service even 8 years later.

Excellent service. No hassle replacement. Was easy helpful repairing a 12 year old window seal failure. Will use him again.

had a 2 window install done with a pricing that's unbeatable! acquired the city permit for me and everything, the job was done in less then 2 hours with perfection that rivals lowes and home depot. definitely recommend giving john a call because the more windows you install the better the deal!

I just had 7 new windows installed in my home. I couldn't be happier with the whole process from start to finish. The windows are wonderful; John and team were all great to work with. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Best Windows to anyone.

I had multiple windows installed in 2020, had a little issue with one (fogging up). Called John, he immediately recommended taking a few pics, and will put the order in. Very helpful he was, and very easygoing. Now, i just have to sit and wait a few weeks for a new bottom sash. Thanks John

***Update on the window replacement. Apparently it is sitting in John's car, according to him he will deliver it whenever he is close to my residence, because of gas prices he is not driving it to me by itself..... so i guess i would recommend this company if you are walking distance from John so he doesn't waste gas on you.

Best Windows exceeded my expectations. The owner was not only very kind but also honest and professional. The service was outstanding, everything was handled smoothly, and the quality of work was excellent. It’s rare to find a company that genuinely cares about its customers. I highly recommend Best Windows to anyone looking for dependable and high-quality service.

I scheduled appointments with many window companies, and Best Windows was hands- down the best place. The price was very reasonable, the windows are good, but the biggest plus was working with John. He was so informative and friendly, and when I had some questions after installation he was immediately responsive. Even when I had a question almost 11 years later he responded in minutes. You just don't see this level of customer service much these days. I highly recommend this company!
